    Mr. George Friedman CM- Region 3 Director – RSES

    Mr. Friedman, a Project Manager for Marlin Mechanical in NYC, has been in the trade for 35 years. He holds multiple NATE certifications and teaches HVAC/R and Electricity.

    NATE Heat Pumps

    Mr. Ratib Baker CMS- RSES E&E Board member, Deputy Director Region 3

    Mr. Baker has been active in the HVAC/R trade for 36 years. He has mastered 6 of the 8 RSES Specialist categories and has acquired 16 NATE certifications.

    NATE Air Distribution

    Mr. Michael Thompson CMS- Deputy Director Region 3

    Mr. Thompson has been in the HVAC/R trade for 30 years, in the role of Facilities Manager for NJIT. He teaches Basic Refrigeration and Electricity.
